"We are incredibly pleased to announce that with the help of Sampford Advisors, TabbleDabble (aka QuickTapSurvey) has completed a transaction with the aim of positioning the company for future growth.
As founders of an already successful global business, we were looking for the right partners to help us reach the next level of growth. We looked at several potential advisors to help us in our search and it was clear from the outset that Sampford was the right choice. Once we engaged with Sampford, the value of their experienced team quickly became apparent. Sampford leveraged its full resources to develop deal materials, identify and approach potential acquirers and most importantly negotiate all the key terms of the transaction including the valuation, all while allowing us the time needed to continue to run and grow the business. They brought multiple bidders to the table and in the end found us the right partners to ensure a bright future for the company and its employees.
If you are considering an exit for your business, make sure you speak to Sampford first."
